Both shim disks are installed for espresso, though they can stay in for other coffee grinds. Very low grind retention and fast processing. Just disassembled for cleaning. Minor cosmetic defects on the lower front from getting pulled out of a cabinet everyday. Comes with instructions, cup, power cord, rubber pad, bean hopper and two allen wrenches.
