Baratza Forte BG – Flat Steel Burr Coffee Grinder. Tool Steel Burrs made by Ditting. Ive completely disassembled and cleaned each component and tested each part before reassembling. After reassembling I performed a Burr Alignment which adds greater consistency to the grind. Im testing (and tasting) these griders with my Conti Club espresso machine, Ive been really pleased now that Ive done a burr alignment, they are really consistent and the low RPM in these grinders seems to keep the heat down, thereby retaining flavor.
