It has a few minor scratches on the adjustment ring, but doesnt have any large marks on the plastic or metal. The two blue markings on the adjustment ring are fading a little, but you can use nail polish to re-mark the spots. Its a beast of a hand grinder that is very fast and easy to use, after having a few kids, I just decided to switch to an electric grinder.
