I have not had any problems with this grinder at all. It has actually bee an absolute pleasure using it. The adjustability is easy to use and if you keep notes of your favorite coffees and the grind settings it is easy to switch from one product to the other because you can dial it in instantly unlike other infinite micro adjust grinders you will have to grind and adjust to find that perfect setting. The other thing that has been a joy is the hopper. Just flip the lever to closed, remove the hopper, empty the machine, empty hopper and your ready to go with different beans. The grinding noise was never an issue. All of the grind settings work just fine and you can see in the pictures that it powers up just fine and works as it should. Take a look online to make sure this is the right grinder for you. I used it only to grind beans for espresso so it was not under any heavy load. 14g max and that was maybe once a day every other day, so again relatively light use. I’m sure there are scuffs here and there but if you look at the pictures you will see it is in excellent shape. There are no major dents etc. The following are included in the sale.
