WE USED THIS IN OUR SMALL OFFICE FOR ABOUT A YEAR BUT WILL NOT BE USING IT ANY MORE. IT WORKS GREAT AND IS IN GREAT SHAPE OVER ALL. THE CUP SERVICE HAS SCUFFS AS EXPECTED FROM NORMAL USE, AND THE INSIDE APPEARS USED, BUT AGAIN THIS OCCURS FROM NORMAL USE IN ANY CASE. THE ONLY TWO THINGS TO NOTE ARE THAT IT DOES NOT COME WITH THE SMALL PLASTIC COVER FOR THE FROTHING PITCHER CONNECTING AREA WHEN IT IS NOT IN USE, BUT THIS IS PURELY AESTHETIC AND DOESNT AFFECT USE. ALSO THE ADJUSTABLE SPOUT BROKE AND WE NEVER USED IT TO PULL DOWN TO BREW INTO SMALL CUPS OR TWO CUPS AT A TIME SO WE JUST TOSSED IT AND NEVER REPLACED IT. SO TO BE CLEAR YOU CAN BREW ONE CUP AT A TIME AND THERE ARE 6.5 INCHES BETWEEN THE SPOUT AND CUP SURFACE. THIS PART CAN BE REPLACED IF YOU LIKE… OTHER THAN THAT THE MACHINE WORKS GREAT AND LOOKS GREAT. EXTRA SUPPLIES INCLUDED ARE 10 CLEANING TABLETS, 1 MAVEA INTENZA + FILTER, 3 TUBES OF SILICONE LUBRICANT FOR THE BREW MACHANISM AND AND ADDITIONAL FROTHING PITCHER.
