For sale is our Baratza Encore with the M2 Virtuoso+ / ESP Burr Upgrade – the same burr that is being used on the upcoming Baratza Encore ESP. Also included – the single dose hopper shown in photo (if you are only making one espresso or over at a time & want more of a low profile design). We will provide the original OEM high capacity hopper if you prefer that original look and capacity. The M2 burr is a significant upgrade from the original, giving FAR better grind consistency, speed, and ability to grind in the finer settings range much better (including espresso).
