Automatic Espresso Coffee Center. The machine makes great coffee. After using it for 4 years we got an error message. Is always wanting the filter to be changed, etc. This Jura J5 gives you more options. Ot this J5 back we just left it in the box for 9 months. Took it out just now to take these pictures (and YouTube movie) and run it through its paces. Made espresso and coffee just fine so we repacked it in the original Jura box and listed for sale. We have never used anything but RO (reverse osmosis) or purified bottled water in this machine so the water filter is really not necessary although we always used one anyway. No lime scale or hard water deposits on the insides of the machine! If you do the same this machine should last a really long time. The machine has a 9-oz capacity for whole bean coffee. But it has a pop up chamber so you can make an individual decaff or other coffee using pre-ground coffee regardless of the whole beans already in the machine. We have all documentation including the original manual and a copy for regular use. All tools that originally came the the machine are in excellent condition and are included with the machine. If your are not familiar with this outstanding coffee maker, it makes excellent coffee and espresso and has a premium frother for all types of specialty drinks. You can make 1 or 2 cups at time by simple press of a button. Set defaults for strength and can adjust coffee strength and volume on the fly by turning the little wheel on the top.
