Since all parts can be disassembled and maintained, it can be used normally while leaving a moderate vintage feeling even after nearly 70 years. Since it is a double helix mortar method, if you turn the handle without applying excessive force, the beans will be guided to the bottom without difficulty, and smooth grinding is possible.
