This machine is fully functional, but I’ve struggled to get good coffee out of it consistently. This might be user error or a problem with the machine itself. The grinder has been opened up and the burrs aligned using shims–if you plan on tinkering with it further, you’ll probably need to replace some screws that appeared very near stripping.
