This is an excellent grinder for cafes and home baristas alike. The 83 mm burrs do a bang-up job of grinding for espresso and it does it fast! Also note the low total shot count, referred to as the’absolute’ shot count by Compak – this grinder still has many, many years left. The grinder was recently deep cleaned and re-lubed to prepare for the new burrs and only a handful of shots have been run through since. In order to reduce retention, the old anti-static flapper has been removed, and due to its condition, will not be included with this grinder a new flapper is very cheap though!
