Minor issue is that the button to change amount of cups only increases gradually, but you can control amount of cups. It defaults to 2 cups when plugged in and can be increased gradually up to 12 when button is moved but will not decrease unless you unplug it to default to 2 cups. Everything else works fine. All parts are here including carafe with top, gold toned filter, all parts for the bean hopper including the cleaning brush, grinds catcher and drip tray. All parts cleaned with standard usage wear. There are two dings in the stainless and one stain as seen in the last three pictures. The carafe has a few coffee stains on the inside but is relatively clean. Please see all pictures.
