Burr Coffee Grinder

New Baratza VARIO time-based grinder. I’ve used Virtuosos for years, but dialing in a weight and grind perfect duo was difficult, so I bought both a VARIO and a pricier EUREKA Silenzio to compare. The latter is quieter, and a bit easier to see in the dark, so that’s the keeper, despite the Vario being MUCH easier to dial in espressos with its separate coarse and fine vernier setting sliders. The VARIO has really nice 54mm flat ceramic burrset for consistent grinds and extremely long life too… Just like the Eureka’s 55mm ones. Enjoy a great deal here. Includes the hopper, bin, portafilter holder, as well the recalibration tool if you ever need to change burr-sets years from now. First world problems, eh? Enjoy, and keep safe!
