The only small issues I have are: 1. When ground the coffee has some static and needs to be tapped down but still slightly messy 2. The machine uses a timer dial for grinding which is imprecise in determining how much to grind for how many cups. Works as expected and good quality. I use it for grounding beans for my filter coffee. Freshly grounded coffee makes a big difference! Replace 20 year old Capresso mill. This unit replaced a 20 year old black plastic version of the Capresso grinder, which was still working, abet with some wear and tear. So far, the new version is quieter and faster. It also seems to have less of a mess. We have not experience static cling in the receiver bin. We only use it for small pots of drip coffee with medium grind. Solid quality compact size.
